The use of R_PrintWarings() was removed from rpy2's codebase in both
branches version_2.3.x and default.
It should solve the problem.

C-API, at least until 2.15.3) is no longer there.
Try with a more recent R-devel (yours is about 2 weeks old) and file a
bug report on the bitbucket page for rpy2.
