I read somewhere that we could use 'rsync' to only synchronize files which
time stamps go from "inf" to "sup" by using --include-from combined to the
output of 'find' used properly, but is there anything planned to include
this ability in rsync directly, like it is done for another syncing

Can someone explain why my exclude option is not excluding filles as
instructed in my script below.
I have tried multiple methods and still have been unsuccessful in
excluding the one file "test.sql".
The methods I have tried are:
1. Removing EXTRAFLAG variable -a
