rsync throws out the following error message.

directioty_1/directioty_2/directioty_3/A_very_long_File_name_omitted_here: File
or path name too long
Could anybody please give me some clue how to resolve this ?

Under what circumstances would rsync allocate a block that large? Must it be
able to allocate a block as large as the largest file or something? Is there a
way to limit it?
