Hi ,guys
I want to synchronize some files from my local computer to a remote
server while preserving the user name and group name. The rsyncd.conf
file on the remote server is:
[enso-home]
path=/home/./enso
read only=no
uid=root
gid=root
auth users=test
secrets file=/etc/secrets
use chroot=yes
Currently, I sync our Unix filesystem with hdfs with provided hdfs
tools. I was wondering if anyone used rsync to accomplish this.
TIA

Is there a way to exclude (not recurse into) filesystems by type ?
E.G. skip all sshfs mounts in the source tree ?
Merry Christmas all.
