Hello, I'm using RT 3.4.4.
I have a customer for which I want to provide some predefined saved searches. So I added the following rights on Global > Users > mycustomeruser : - *SavedSearch* - ModifySelf When my customer open a RT session, he doesn't see the Ticket menu in the right panel and he can't acces to the saved searches. No panel or tab is displayed to acces them. Thank you for your help. -- Alain FORCIOLI
