Did you ever get an answer to this question? I don't quite
understand how RT chooses the order of the
attachments - it doesn't seem to be based on file size, name or date of
creation!

I have used cpan to install Scalar::Util with no luck. I guess what
dumbfounds me is that all of this was working
before the latest Solaris patch (so I'm guessing the latest security
patch must have munged up perl!)...

I posted earlier about my solaris RT 3.6.3 perl 5.8.8 problem. I
decided to rename /bin/perl and force RT to use /opt/csw/bin/perl, (even
though this is stated in the RT config files!) - and now have a
different kind of error. I have since learned how to
cpan -i Scalar::Util which
I have had RT3.4.5 running on a couple of machines without a problem.
I recently got a fresh solaris 9 machine,
blastwaved rt onto it, and - am amazed at how much trouble I am having
setting 3.6.3 up!
Is it THAT different!?!!!

configuration RT at a glance page (the error I get is:
