I can't use the creation time any more. Do you know how a correct

And maybe this is already covered by the SLA extension?

Forget 1.0.7.
The current version is 3.6.4.
Why would anyone support 1.0.7 now?
You could also have stated your wishes more precisely.

I personally agree with Boris on this. This should be a configuration option
to either store attachments in the database or on the web front end.
So do I.
Moreover, it might be very convenient to store only _unique_ attachments and to

The first thought is, try to use Data::Dumper and to output Dumper(
$ticket-Requestors ) in the right place.
Thus you could see key/value pairs.
Either key or value in each pair is probably an object, i.e. a blessed

Hello,
Here it is, the solution you need, a little messy perhaps.
I'd love to ask you and the other subscribers to try it, I need your responses
and feedbacks to put these or better patches under Best Practical's wiki.
Thanks in advance.

Hello, Carlos!
I don't really sure if you need to use RT::Interface::CLI, you could have tried
to eliminate it.
A problem with %session might be caused by your use of $session{ 'CurrentUser'
}, try $RT::SystemUser instead.
Good luck!
