New to RT, have 4.0.2 installed (Red Hat Linux).
We want new tickets to generate an email to the submitter (who can be
a random email account) as well as to the normal team.
In Tools - Global - Scrips we have:

Total rt newbie here. installed rt 4.0 on CentOS Linux box, with Apache2
and fastcgi (mod_fcgid, actually). It's mostly working, but
I'm seeing a lot of errors in the apache logs, and I don't like them.
