I have found the following article in the wiki which covers exactly what I want. http://wiki.bestpractical.com/index.cgi?DisplayCustomFieldsInTicketSearch Unfortunatly some of the files mentioned dont exist on 3.6 & ./share/html/Elements/MyTickets is commented as depreciated.
Has anyone got any pointers on trying to achieve the above on RT 3.6?
