We've started to populate the user information for our users in RT (Email, phone, organization, etc) but it seems like this information is not really exposed anywhere except to people who have the rights to administer users.
At the top of a ticket, it says something like "More about John Doe" and if you have the ability to admin users, you can click the link and see the user's info. Is there any other way to make this information available in a read-only fashion? I don't see it showing up anywhere else.
