Is anyone aware of a download link for rtbouncehandler documented at http://rt.bestpractical.com/view/RtBounceHandler? (That page in the wiki -- presumably copied and pasted from elsewhere -- simply says that the Perl source "is an attachment to this ticket." Googling brought up a few posts from the mailing list archives and links to the wiki page, but nothing that indicated where it could be downloaded from. I also tried searching the RT issue tracker, but didn't come up with any matches there either.)
Alternately, what other mechanisms exist for alerting the owner of a ticket when a requestor's or watcher's address associated with the ticket is generating bounce messages?
