I sent an email out yesterday but sending one today as well, hoping to get
the attention of one of the authors of RT. I want to be able to use the
REST protocol to add custom fields to USERS when creating them, it seems
that this functionality is available to tickets but not users

I use rt3.8.1, and i want to generate reports of time to resolve, i try to
install RTx::Statistics but when i test this option it always generate '0',
is there anyone who is found the same problem or know how to solve it.

Hi everyone,
I just installed RT 3.6.7. The problem is that some actions in RT
misredirect to a wrng URL which is not the correct.
It's installed in www.example.com/rt
For example:
Log in - Click New ticket in - Fill fields - Click Create
It creates the ticket but do not redirect to the next page

Read the CommandByMail documentation and refer to the wiki. The
instructions are pretty clear.

You use the CommandByMail pseudo-headers as normal when sending an
e-mail with an appropriate subject

I recently upgraded from version 3.4.6 to 3.8.1. Since then, pdf
attachments downloaded from RT or sent by RT are corrupted, Acrobat
