Finally, I resolve the issue. I change Transaction Create stage to Transaction Batch on default Autoreply scrip. It works fine now, the Autoreply scrip is executed after the Add group member as requestor custom scrip. As wiki said in http://wiki.bestpractical.com/view/TransactionBatchStage :
