I am receiving the following error when I connect my apache instance
of RT:

This is quite frustrating .. I have a permissions problem which most
likely cacades into sending mail problems ..

With the upgrade to 3.6.6 I am not seeing anything listed for Highest
priority tickets that I own
and longest neglected high priority tickets that I own, and there
are no Top closers.
Any ideas what I am missing?
