Could someone else who is running 3.6.0pre1 try the oddly-spaced chart
grouped by option at the bottom of a list of tickets (for example, if you
click on a queue name under Quick Search from the homepage)? When I do it, I
get no chart: IE shows me a busted graphic symbol above a tabular
I am only an egg: how do I 'rebuild the GD module manually'?

Well, I still haven't gotten the graphing working, but it's a background task
at this point.
Now I'm trying to delete a test RTFM ticket. The Web UI says it worked, but it
still shows up in all searches and in the Overview.
Nothing in any logs that I can see.
Is anyone else running this
to forward every note they send me back
to RT, but that's also error-prone.

I've found in the last few days that if I add a new queue to RT, it doesn't
show up until I restart httpd. Is that expected?
This is 3.6.0pre1 -- admittedly not state-of-the-art (I've been dithering,
waiting for 3.6.0).

Is anyone else running RTFM?
If so, have you ever tried to delete an article?
When I try it, it says it works but it doesn't actually do it. That is, when I
go back to the list of articles, it's still there. And I see no code (not that
I'm a Perl expert) that would actually do a delete from
I'm getting more into our RT implementation, and am finding that there's
something eluding me.
I have things pretty well sussed out for internal, privileged users; what's
stumping me is external users (customers).
If I make them Privileged (via the checkbox in the user definition page), I can

users, put them in the Hamster or Llama groups as appropriate, and make it all
work.
