[rt-users] Where to report bugs?

Hello all, I reported some bugs to [EMAIL PROTECTED] but only received the automatic reply. No other feedback since 6 weeks. So I wonder whether the above is the correct address? Or where to report bugs? Maybe rt-users, so that the issues can be discussed? These are the issues I reported,

Hi, does somebody else also experience the following since RT 3.6.1? When I comment to a ticket I now always see two entries added to the history. One XY - Comments added with empty body and one with my actual text. Same when I do a reply. The first entry is made as soon as I click the

Hi, when I create a new queue, every user has to logout and login to RT again to actually see it. My users don't have to login for each session, because I changed to lifetime of the session cookie. Also we add new queues than it's probably normal (about once in a month). So it's very annoying
