[rt-users] Custom Fields Clearing After Ticket Update or Create
Hello, We are having a problem where some tickets custom fields are being cleared after being updated. At first, we thought it was only when someone tried to create a ticket with an attachment, but it has also been happening when someone makes a change to a ticket that has already been created with custom fields that were already there.
