to Tools - configuration - articles - custom fields, custom
field shows as being applied to the class I just applied it to
- Custom field does *not* appear on articles or article modification page
themselves.
Any idea what's come adrift here?

Has anyone successfully managed to get RT to talk to the ACT CRM system in any
way? I'm being asked about it and rt act integration is something that's
really hard to google for!
