I recently upgraded my database from 4.0.4 to 4.4.0. Everything works fine except for one user who doesn't get the right links. Whenever the user clicks on a queue all tickets have the format: ' __id__/TITLE:#', while every other user has the correct format of: '__id__/TITLE:#', This cause
