[rt-users] how to use ticketbookmark?

hi: i am trying rt 3.8. i saw there is a star which can toggle for every ticket. i think it is like gmail. but i didn't find anywhere to use it. can i list all the marked ticket or where should it use it? thanks for help!! ___
