Make the Autoreply template in that queue
RT is not that hard to install. I've installed it on numerous rpm based
systems, redhat, fedora, centos - all without problem and incident. From
source, and from RPM. Google for RT install centos guide - should get
you what you need.

query when I upgraded from 3.6.3 to 3.8.6 application is working fine but
when I want to look at page where custom fields are or want to see the page
