First post/question.
I have been an RT user for a number of years now. I originally started with
a v3 and have been running 4.0.4 for quite some time now. Recently did the
upgrade to 4.2.11 and with a little adjusting here and there, now have it
running quite well. One difference I
I have been trying to watch this ticket to see if someone has a solution,
but there have not been any replies. Does anyone know how to remove the
quoted text in an email sent to RT, so the tickets don't get as flooded.

Attached a script I use to find the users with the deleted dashboard in
their config.
Then go to Admin-Users, then goto Dashboards in menu on the users
page, mark the delete dashboard in the right select box (it will be a
line without a name) and then hit Delete.
