Thank you for answering.
Yes RT is installed in /opt/rt4. I can see rt-email-digest in 
/opt/rt4/sbin/rt-email-digest but not in /usr/sbin.
In crontab i changed the value to from /user/sbin/rt-email-digest to 
/opt/rt4/sbin/rt-email-digest but doesn’t seem to help.

If you mean /bin/sh it exist.

Hi Martin,

Does /usr/sbin/rt-email-digest actually not exist or does the interpreter on 
the first line of /usr/sbin/rt-email-digest not exist?  Is your RT installation 
in /opt/rt4/ or something?
