I have tried installing older versions of RTFM to see if they have the
same problems. I installed ver 2.1.40 and that had the same problem.
Then I went all the way back to the latest final release
not but RC3.

serious sql querys.
Just a thought, clone the original system into a Virtual Machine and
then use Shredder to get rid of everything you don't need for that
particular client, repeat as many times as you have clients.

You'll need to fix your Apache config to point to /opt/rt3.8 and not by
copying files around. You can use your 3.6 rt database but DONT'T forget
to read the upgrade notes, including the mysql updates even if you're
running mysql-5!

is there a way to return from a local/html template to the original share/html
template, in case a
certain condition is met? (Please read on for more details).
With the inspiration from Joop concerning 'conditions', I found out about the
html templates in
share/html
be much appreciated!

Did you stop your webserver en clean your mason cache before restarting
you webserver?

then the mason cache should be in:
/opt/rt4/var/mason_data/obj/
rm -Rf /opt/rt4/var/mason_data/obj/*
should do the trick. If RT in installed through a package manager then
you'll need to find the mason cache by hand.
