Re: [rt-users] RE S: Create Queues

2012-02-29 Thread john s.

Hello Diaulas

You can modify your cloned queues with your own groups ...

but make an backup of the files

Modify the following lines :

QueueWizard/Admin/index.html:
$clone_admin-LoadUserDefinedGroup($clone_queue-Name .
_yourownadminname);

QueueWizard/Admin/index.html:push @errors, loc(Owner group [_1] for
queue [_2] not found, $clone_queue-Name . _yourownadminname,
$clone_queue-Name);

QueueWizard/Admin/index.html:$admin_group-CreateUserDefinedGroup( Name
= $ARGS{'Name'} . _yourownadminname );

QueueWizard/Admin/q:
$clone_admin-LoadUserDefinedGroup($clone_queue-Name .
_yourownadminname);

QueueWizard/Admin/q: push @errors, loc(Owner group [_1] for
queue [_2] not found, $clone_queue-Name . _yourownadminname,
$clone_queue-Name);

QueueWizard/Admin/q: $admin_group-CreateUserDefinedGroup( Name
= $ARGS{'Name'} . _yourownadminname );

QueueWizard/Admin/index.html:
$clone_staff-LoadUserDefinedGroup($clone_queue-Name . _yourownuser);

QueueWizard/Admin/index.html:push @errors, loc(Staff group [_1] for
queue [_2] not found, $clone_queue-Name . _yourownuser,
$clone_queue-Name);

QueueWizard/Admin/index.html:$staff_group-CreateUserDefinedGroup(
Name = $ARGS{'Name'} . _yourownuser );

QueueWizard/Admin/q:$clone_staff-LoadUserDefinedGroup($clone_queue-Name .
_yourownuser);

QueueWizard/Admin/q:push @errors, loc(Staff group [_1] for queue [_2]
not found, $clone_queue-Name . _yourownuser, $clone_queue-Name);

QueueWizard/Admin/q:$staff_group-CreateUserDefinedGroup( Name =
$ARGS{'Name'} . _yourownuser );

Note: Replace the bolded ones with your user and adminsuser for the queues
which you like but the _ before the name is necessary for working.

best regards

john s.

 pscp.exe -pw newone

 db...@cris.sgul.ac.uk:c/staff_extracts

 This is coming up fatal: Network error: Connection refused.

 On the old HRA server, there was an ftp job doing this, using this

 for this purpose.

 Can anyone tell me what is wrong?

Nothing :) Simply, the server doesn't have ssh/scp access. It would be
better if you could reinstate the job via ftp.
