I have fetchmail sucking in emails from gmail, and pushing that to
rt-mailgate.
it's pretty easy to setup.
Install fetchmail, get it running as per it's instructions and config it
something like this
poll imap.gmail.com proto imap port 993:
username youracco...@gmail.com password yourpass ssl
