AD/O365/Azure migration and support experience in admin level
O365
Should have experience with Migrating Exchange Server to
Office 365, tentant to tenant in Multi Forest environment.
Experience with Azure AD, ADFS, OKTA and AD Connect.
Understanding the Mail-flow Topology and client
connectivity.
Recommendation and best practices for migration phase.
Infrastructure readiness for Office 365 Migration.
Preparation of Office 365 subscription and Configuration of
Hybrid Setup.
Pilot User testing, Create Test User, migrate and test the
functionality.
Prepare User batches and communicate user about planned
migration upgrade.
L2/L3 Support for O365 primary and Mimecast as secondary.
Monitor service health.
Troubleshoot various Office 365 issues including
connectivity and mobility.
AD
Experience with Active Directory Migration Services and
domain migrations.
Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting replication
and performance issues related to Active Directory.
In depth experience in Active Directory &
troubleshooting.
Cross-forest domain migration of users, service accounts,
and computer.
Prepare User batches and communicate user about planned
migration upgrade.
Must have hands-on experience with creating PowerShell
scripts.
File Server Migration Experience.
Experience in working with RoboCopy.
Understanding of File/Folder permissions.
Understanding of setting up GPOs , Security Groups etc.
User Right delegation on OU.
Security permission on OU.
Movement of users, computers and groups in respective OUs.
Applying group policies on OU.
Providing delegated rights on GPO.
Linking GPO on Site and OU.
Azure
Good experience in Migrating workload to Azure as per
Migration Strategy.
Source discovery and assessment.
Data Migration to Target VMServer configuration and Testing
validation Cutover and Hyper care.
New Environment build outs as required in Prod, Non-prod ,
Dev , Test Azure Environment.
Configuration of WAFs, network security groups as per
Microsoft best practices.
Building configuring internal and external load balancers,
Availability Sets, Resource Group Configurations.
Azure Storage Management Adding removing storage accounts
disks blobs virtual disks adjusting quotas disk sizing.
Attaching detaching Network configuration new modify
decommission of Virtual Networks, Gateways, and configuration of Express
Routes Site to Site VPNs VNet Peering.
Adding/Removing resources to Machine Scale Sets checking
health of scale sets.
Adding/Removing virtual instances to Azure Backup, checking
validity of backup results, restore and recovery operation and testing.
