*Duration:6+ Months* *Responsibilities:* - Demonstrated ability to install, configure, maintain, upgrade, patch management, troubleshoot, repair, and support Adobe Experience Manager Author, Publisher, Dispatchers, and Apache on AWS - Configuring application needs, deploying code/content, troubleshooting and performance tuning experience - Test and troubleshooting applications connections to external resources when major changes to the Network occur, including firmware updates, hardware changes, software patches, policy changes, etc. - Troubleshoot issues with network proxies, Content Delivery Network (CDN), load balancing, hot standbys and fail-over capabilities - Problem management and root cause analysis reporting experience - Support DNS and firewall changes through ticket preparation and working directly with Networking Ops teams to implement the changes - General Linux shell scripting and AEM administration commands via shell scripts - Knowledge on the AEM administration activities such as package deployment, user permissions, SAML2 configuration, LDAP synchronization, and Adobe IMS Authentication - AEM backup and restore procedures via automated scripts and standard storage techniques - Experience working with Adobe Managed Services (AMS), Cloud Manager and Dev/Ops workstreams a major plus - Understanding of basic HTML, CSS and JavaScript *Qualifications:* - AEM Dev/Ops Engineer Certification preferred - Red Hat Certified System Administration (RHCSA) preferred - AWS SysOps and/or Microsoft Azure Administrator Certifications a plus - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with strong presentation skills - Superior problem solving, organizational, decision-making, and interpersonal skills Thanks Ramesh -- You received this message because you are subscribed to "rtc-linux".
