Role:- Azure Cloud infrastructure Location : San Ramon & Houston
Software Architect As an Enterprise Software Architect, you are responsible for ensuring that our cloud applications are architected appropriately and meet our quality standards. You will be helping our various teams to define their model & architect solutions, ensure that their code is both performant and secure. The teams will draw on your experience in leading software engineering efforts, providing architectural direction, overseeing large development projects, product definition through authoring engineering plans, epics and user stories, and overall team health and efficiency. Must Haves: . 3+ years' experience architecting and designing application within the MS Azure Cloud infrastructure . 4+ years of professional software development experience in an Agile environment preferred . Fluency in a high-level Object-oriented programming language (preferably Java) and strong knowledge of OOAD, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms . Any of the following languages: Java, C++, C, C#, Ruby, Go, Scala, Python, Bash . Network technologies like DNS, Load Balancing, SSL, TCP/IP, SQL, HTTP . In-depth understanding of OOP, design patterns, data structures, algorithms, and concurrency . Working knowledge of Service Now. ADO, and Power BI . Strong abstract & conceptual thinking skills . Strong understanding of object-oriented and object-centered design and programming . Experience with DevOps concepts and continuous integration tools including setting up builds and deployments to web and database servers . Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills . Strong verbal and written communication skills . Openness to new ideas and an unceasing desire to learn new things .
