We are looking for 3-4 PMs and one BA for specific projects, below are the
details of what each role needs. These are more business PMs and *NOT IT
PMs* specifically. The requirements are urgent and we are looking for a quick
turnaround of 24-36 hours for the profiles to flow in. All positions are
extremely urgent. Please let me know if you have suitable profiles.



*Job Description: BA SFDC: BA01*

*Location: Tampa, FL*


Key Skills: SFDC, Salesforce Lightning, Software Development Life Cycle
(SDLC), Agile, Waterfall, MS Office, MS Project, MS Visio, Outlook,
SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, Tableau

   - Experience in Business Requirements Gathering, Salesforce
   Administration, Salesforce CRM and Force.com as Salesforce Administrator
   and BA.
   - Experience working in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle
   (SDLC)
   - In depth understanding and experience in Salesforce Administration
   (SFA), Creating Roles, Profiles, Page Layouts and designing of Custom
   Objects, Custom Fields, Picklist, Role Based Page Layouts, Workflow Alerts
   and Actions, Workflow Approval, Validation Rules, Approval Processes,
   Custom Tabs, Custom Reports, Report Folders, Report Extractions to various
   formats, workflows, relationships, Snapshots, Dashboards and Email
   generation according to application requirements.
   - Lightning Experience which includes the Lightning Component Framework
   and also involved in building lightning components using the aura framework
   and experienced with locker service with Lightning Components.
   - Understanding of the functionalities related to the Service cloud,
   Sales Cloud and marketing cloud configurations.





*Job Description: PM MDM Finance: PM01*

*Location: Tampa, FL preferred, alternate location NJ.*

   1. Experience with MS Project, understanding of financial concepts such
   as cash flow, NPV, accounting, A/P, payment, and treasury and end to end
   finance/treasury processes
   2. Managed multiple complex software development projects having a
   significant impact on the profitability, operation and strategic direction
   of Healthcare Outcome Solutions.
   3. Utilized project management tools (Clarity) and tactics (Agile)to
   manage complex projects to assure on schedule, on budget, quality
   deliverables.
   4. Create team environment while maintaining strong working
   relationships with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
   5. Waterfall & Agile methodologies, with varying levels of complexity.
   6. Utilized various PM tools such as Clarity and SharePoint for project
   tracking and artifact management respectively. Advanced Microsoft Excel
   skills including creation of macros.
   7. Utilized SDLC and Agile/Scrum PM tactics in a hybrid PMO model to
   execute SaaS development projects.





*Job Description:  PM Agile-Procurement: PM02*

*Location: NJ*

   1. Analytical, Organized and Detail Oriented. He/She has to be on top of
   things and constantly monitoring and following-up on deliverables, watching
   out for risks, setting up meetings with stakeholders to get things moving,
   etc.
   2. Knowledge of Procurement business is better so he/she can speak the
   language (not required but preferred)
   3. Agile/Waterfall experience is good though they use Waterfall
   4. Tools
      1. Expertise in MS Project.
      2. Expertise in Powerpoint. PM sometimes has to prepare presentation
      materials to leadership, so his/her thought process should be aligned for
      executive presentation
      3. G Expertise in Excel.
   5. Should have the discipline in preparing agenda for meeting, taking
   minutes, following-up on action items, preparing and keeping track of
   artifacts ie. minutes, project plan, action items, etc.
   6. Planning, leading, organizing and controlling skills (management
   skills)





*Job Description: PM GS Governance & One Intake project: PM03*

*Location: Tampa**, FL*

   1. Project manager to support rollout of new project/portfolio
   management tool
   2. PMP certified,
   3. Business project execution experience.
   4. General IT experience.
   5. Can drive timelines
   6. strong communications skills





*Job Description: PM Enhancement Project: PM04*

*Location: Tampa, FL*

   1. Work as liaison between business and other workstreams.
   2. Lead Different projects from start to finish.
   3. Bring the clarity on Roles and Responsibilities between different
   teams for particular project.
   4. Weekly update/score ca               rd to sponsors.
   5. Lead daily/weekly meetings for different project phases.
   6. Build Project plan from scratch.
   7. Build strong relationship with different stakeholders.
   8. Identify risks/issues and mitigation plan.
   9. Deliver the project on time with quality.
