We have urgent requirement with one of our Direct client's (No hidden Layers) , please review below job description and let me know your interest Position ID: DYESFK0002883-1 Title: SAP Business Systems Analyst (MDM/MDG) Mid-Level Location: Lake Zurich, IL Duration: 6 months Onsite Role (looking for a local candidate) Notes: * Onsite or Remote: Onsite (looking for a local candidate) * Reason for the opening: Large projects taking up our resources, need support during this time * Potential for assignment extension, or conversion to FTE: Assignment extension may happen, but not approved. No conversion to FTE * Work Schedule: No OT, times can be flexible but preferably between 8 - 3 CST/ 7:30-3 CST * What would be the primary duties for this position: o Backup support for full time staff. (This is internal customer service type work) o Creating / Updating Accounts in SAP o Reconciling accounts supplied by customers vs. internal customers for serialization project o Document SOPs o Potential support in SAP migration testing (depending on skillset of individual) * What are the technical and soft skills required for this position: Technical Skills: o SAP o Excel - V/H/X Lookups, pivot tables o Microsoft Word o Master Data Governance Soft Skills: o Good communication skills o Thorough and attentive to details o Strong Organizational Skills o Patience * Top 3 Skills you would like to see in a candidate's resume: Excel - V/H/X Lookups, Master Data - Pharma background preferably, SAP (SAP S/4HANA is a great plus or SAP ECC 6.0) * Preference on previous work experience's industry: Pharma or Med Device, but not a show stopper * Education Background Requirement: Bachelors preferably within business with 2-3 years of work experience, or 5+ years in Master Data Governance * Interview Process: 2 Teams Interview (1 with hiring manager and 1 with Mary Jo who is the supervisor of the customer master team) * When are you available to review/interview candidates: Manager would be able to move things around on their calendar, but typically will be in meetings 5-8 hours a day.
