SERVICE NOW DEVELOPER

Location : Bartlesville OK

 

Job Description: Candidate will demonstrate skills in areas for the
development and technical support of the ServiceNow platform. Mainly this
position will focus on designing and delivering technical solutions that are
developed on the ServiceNow platform. Technical Requirements: 

. Minimum 5 years of IT industry experience 

. Must have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow with
advanced customizations including Service Catalog, HR catalog, Business
Rules, Client Scripts, Workflows, Script Includes, ACLs, UI pages, UI
macros, UI actions, UI policies, dictionary, HTML/CSS/XML, table and field
creation, SerivceNow emails 

. ServiceNow Experience must include scripting in ServiceNow, tool
configuration, design work, technical configuration and deployment.
Specifically, candidates must possess the skill to develop on the ServiceNow
platform including the creation and/or customization of the core
applications such as HR Catalog, Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog
and Approvals 

. Experience with working or developing in the following programming
languages: JavaScript, Jelly Script, ServiceNow specific APIs like
GlideSystem, GlideAjax etc 

. Good to have experience with Web Services Integration using SOAP, REST and
JSON

. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or ServiceNow Certified System
Administrator 

. ServiceNow Implementation Specialist/Administrator certification is a plus
General requirements: 

. Strong understating of various catalogs offered by ServiceNow 

. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal and demonstrated
ability to influence and consult including providing options with pros, cons
and risks around all key technical decisions during the project delivery. .
To be able to work independently based on client provided requirements with
minimum or no oversight 

. Experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology 

. Experience with onshore-offshore model 

. Strong analytic and decision-making abilities. 

. Ability to collaborate with others and to facilitate diverse views to
common working understanding. 

. Good to have process understanding with knowledge in ITIL v3 framework. 

. ITIL V3 foundation certification is a plus
