Primary Skills • Manage End to end delivery of
Salesforce project
• Provide technical guidance to the team
• Coordinate with Offshore Team for all
delivery related work
• Project Planning, communication with
customer, status reporting etc.
• Spend some time on actual
development work as needed
• Organize Show and Tell Sessions
Secondary Skills • Must have good knowledge of
Salesforce Lightning and involved into at
least one Classic to Lightning migration
• Should be capable of proposing
Salesforce Architecture, both Technical
and Solution.
• Should have good experience in
building applications on the
Salesforce.com platform
• Must be involved in 3-4 Salesforce
implementations
• Candidate should have knowledge of
Lightning, Visualforce, Apex, Salesforce
REST API and Data Loader
• Mandatory Certification namely
Platform Developer I, Administrator
• Hands on Salesforce Configuration and
Customization Skill
• Strong Salesforce product knowledge
• Strong interpersonal communication
and client coordination
