*Job Role: SharePoint Architect* *Location: Madison, WI* *Duration: Long Term* *Job Description: * *Role description in brief* - The SharePoint architect will be a technical resource for ongoing design, development and operational activities on SharePoint Online/ On premise projects using Power platform SPFx framework ,.Net frame work. *Job Description* - Architecture: Environment setup, Requirement Analysis, team bonding, management abilities. - Lead SharePoint system technical analysis and design employing model and event driven design practices including conceptual and functional prototypes, data analysis, and architectural and functional testing. - Develop product functional and technical requirements and design documents and specifications based on business requirements. - Lead SharePoint solution development, and implementation efforts, providing technical design, system and architectural prototyping, and component development. - Create web oriented applications, developing coding constructs, frameworks, components, and interfaces supported by the SharePoint environment. - Experience with portals, searches, content management systems, business process and enterprise social computing platforms preferred - Shape the strategy, architecture, methodology and standards for delivering SharePoint solutions. - Provide technical governance and security over the SharePoint environments. - Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications - Knowledgeable of Agile methodologies (Feature Driven Design, Scrum, eXtreme) *IT Skills* - 10 to 15 years of IT experience. - 8 years in SharePoint Development Experience. *Technical Skills* - Experience with the Microsoft Technology Stack including .Net Framework, C#, ASP.Net, Azure, SharePoint online/SharePoint on-premises. - Experience with Microsoft SharePoint technologies 2013/2016/2019, SharePoint Designer, Portals and Web Part Development. - Experience with web development technologies HTML, XHTML, ReactJS, Angular, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript, SOAP/XML , Web Services. - Strong Experience in PowerShell to develop automate tool. - Hands on experience on PowerApps, MS Flow, Power BI, Azure, Custom Connectors development, Logic Apps, SPFx etc. - Experience with Web/Portal structure and design, development, content management, usability, user experience interface design and navigation. - Ability to manage projects, perform technical design as well as program - Strong Relational Database and SQL Skills - Experience with Microsoft SQL Server. - A minimum of five (5) years development experience with the following methods or frameworks, noting specifically which skill is demonstrated by the team member(s): REST, CSOM, OData, OAuth, SharePoint API (client and server), BCS, WCF . - Experience with IT architectures, application, database, and technical - Experience with utilizing source management control tools for managing development, staging, test and production environments *Managerial Skills* - Debugging complex problems on production environment, Performance optimization and tuning of development/system test/UAT/production environment - Technical Solutioning for RFPs - Technical Reviews, Product Audit - Conducting trainings, KxCs, Creating reusable knowledge base - Application management – Incident management, Problem management, SLA driven output *Soft skills* - Strong customer interface skills – both on the phone and in person. - strong ability to demonstrate and work to strict processes and deadlines. - strong focus on detail. - strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and develop internal and external relationships. - ability to organize and prioritize work in an effective manner. - excellent listening skills. - good understanding of customer satisfaction principles and practices. - excellent written and verbal communication skills. - good team player. - customer focused with customer liaison skills - Strong understanding of customer requirements *Min Educational Qualification* 1. Must be Graduate. 2. ITIL Certification desirable 3. Microsoft Certification MCSE, MCSA or any other relevant certification is desirable. 4.
