Data/ Hadoop & AWS
Provide L2 Triage Unit support (Includes all Triaging effort in handling
Incidents, Non-Ticketed Support activities, UI/Online availability,
Coordination with Infra/Business & client Project/ Development team).
Application Triage support
Respond and Resolve Incidents
Working with interfacing applications for resolution.
Should have willingness to learn and basic understanding of technologies
that are required to support the application.
Experience in handling Incident Management, Ticket Handling, Co-ordination
among different Teams, Initial analysis on problems, co-ordination with SME
on identifying the Root cause
Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams as necessary during project
delivery including daily connect calls
