Seeking a candidate who can assist and enhance development efforts within
the IT - Application Operations Group and build/support enterprise-wide
applications using the Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Adobe
eSign, DocuSign, Cognito Forms and related technologies.



This role requires the candidate adheres to IT policies, governance, and
act as technical advisor/liaison in various business interactions, provide
guidance to internal development teams, vendors/partners. The candidate
also needs to support end-to-end life cycle of current, future, and
in-flight Power platform applications that integrate with M365 Services and

4. Appian Automation: Drive the adoption of Appian-based test automation

Appian's automation capabilities.

5. Process Enhancement: Identify opportunities for optimizing Appian
development and testing processes. Collaborate with Appian developers to
integrate quality assurance practices seamlessly.

6. Defect Management: Lead the tracking and resolution of defects within
Appian applications. Coordinate with Appian developers to ensure timely
defect identification, reporting, and resolution.

7. Appian Expertise: Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of Appian's
low-code platform capabilities, including design best practices,
integration options, and performance considerations.

8. Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients and stakeholders to
understand project requirements, quality goals, and business needs. Provide
insights and recommendations to align Appian solutions with client
expectations.

9. Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks specific to Appian-based
projects. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop risk mitigation
strategies within the context of Appian's platform.

10.Documentation: Create and maintain clear and detailed documentation
related to Appian testing processes, methodologies, and outcomes.

11.Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in

*Qualifications and Experience:*

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a
related field (Master's degree preferred).

- 10+ years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on testing
Appian applications.

- Proficiency in using the Appian low-code platform for application
development and testing.

- Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies, software testing
principles, and best practices.

- Experience with test automation within the Appian platform.

- Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
