Able to converse freely on a range of application and data-oriented technical topics. Preparation of technical documentation, SOPs and other process documents. *Experience:* · Good experience and sound understanding of IT fundamentals and technologies pertinent to creating business solutions (software development and testing, applications, databases, integration, infrastructure and networks) · At least 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or equivalent experience in IT Applications development. · Experience with agile methods and design thinking. · Preparation of technical documentation, SoPs and other process documents. · Employment history must demonstrate progressive levels of responsibility. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills. · High degree of initiative and ability to work with little supervision. · High level of personal integrity, as well as the ability to professionally handle confidential matters, and show an appropriate level of judgment and maturity.
