MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 6 - 9 years of related experience SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS - Hands-on data analysis experience, preferably in the secondary mortgage domain - Ability to absorb information and data from multiple sources, apply strong analytical skills, and provide thoughtful and strategic recommendations to deliver tangible business value - Good general understanding of the data concepts (Data Quality, Data Modeling, etc.) with emphasis on Metadata. - Experience with Big Data/Cloud metadata collection a plus - Demonstrated high proficiency in SQL, MS-Excel and MS-Access - Establishes and maintains strong working relationships with business partners. - Must have strong communication skills with ability to work with all management levels. - Knowledge of the mortgage or financial services industry is required. - Excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment; ability to work independently as well as in a dynamic matrix team environment.
