Creation of SOAP services and REST using seeded API
Developing the code(writing annotations )on top of PLSQL API to create
the custom services(REST/SOAP)
Knowledge on PLSQL
Creation of iLDT files and uploading them to the Oracle instance
Testing of the web services both REST and SOAP using the SOAP UI/POST-MAN
