Execute the scripts in INT instance and support Business in executing the scripts in UAT instance. · Assist in design, development, testing and implementation of Oracle projects. · Need to work independently. · Respond to customer queries and concerns promptly. · Effectively communicate with Business User, Leads, Technical developer, DBA, Compliance team at their product knowledge level. · Have understanding of how Production Support tickets are handled in Support systems. · Should be able work with Oracle Vendor Service Request team. · Should be able to work with third party system vendors in building and supporting Interfaces with Oracle. · Should have experience in Oracle Support, Migration, Roll Out projects.
