Role: Business System Analyst with Salesforce Experience Location: Scottsdale, AZ Long Term Contract Job Description: . Strong technical background and knowledge of the Salesforce or other business application platforms . Participate in maintaining an implemented platform design . Ability to interface with internal and external customers . Ensure compliance with security policies through profiles, roles and permission sets . Liaise with customers, development, operations and senior leadership . Analyze and create business, functional and technical requirements utilizing an Agile methodology . Recommend changes in product, process and service offerings; presents high-level benefits of recommendation and explain rationale for selection over alternative solutions . Perform development of new features through declarative programming . Guide and oversee acceptance and functional testing; coordinate UAT testing with QA and business . Demonstrate product and service offerings for customers and end users . Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task . Strong communication skills in the English language . Develop, manage and execute project work plans and revise, as appropriate, to meet changing needs and requirements to ascertain and mitigate project delays . Identify, manage and mitigate day-to-day operational aspects of the project and scope of CRM and/or Innovation team projects; assign individual responsibilities according to the project plan . Review deliverables and status reports of team members; provide recommendations and address issues as appropriate . Effectively apply best practices and methodologies; enforce project standards according to Salesforce best practices . Lead project and engagement reviews as well as other business reviews and updates . Ensure quality assurance, data governance, and standard procedures are adhered to . Demonstrate the Company's Core and Growth Values in the performance of all job functions . Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task . Strong communication skills in the English language . Ability to work on critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment .
