Role: POS Functional Test Lead Location: Dallas TX Long Term Contract Job Description . In-depth POS Functional Testing knowledge (2+ Years) . Well versed with testing concepts . Working Test lead experience of managing 5-6 team members . Hands on experience in POS/ Xstore/ Similar POS Implementation and Rollout testing . E2E Testing experience of POS/ Xstore POS/Similar with upstream and downstream systems. . Strong Expertize in establishing/baselining testing processes for the organization . Strong Expertise in Testing methodologies and Ability to resolve team Queries by interacting with various stakeholders. . Skills to support / create Requirement traceability matrix using the latest tools and technologies . Analytical and Communication skills . Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment . Should have strong co-ordination, communication & reporting, analytical skill . Should have Strong leadership skills . Should have experience in Agile methodology. . Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment .
