*Responsibilities of a Scrum Master*
A Flow Wizard is assigned to work with either one or two teams typically
within a family to create the environment for work to get done. A Flow
Wizard will focus on the following:
Removes all impediments that are holding back the team in the completion of
their stories
Acts as an independent and neutral facilitator for team rituals
Facilitates family community events (for cross-pollination of ideas,
celebrating success, learning from failure, innovation etc)
Builds team morale (amplify the small wins, celebrate personal milestones,
fun events etc)
Promotes learning in general and continually drives the next step with the
team in the adoption of agile / lean / devops specifically (work with agile
coaches and also once agile coaches have moved to other areas to continue
the agile transformation)
Understands and promotes Fiserv's agile SDLC within the teams and the family
Participates in the larger coaching community (within and outside Fiserv) -
Meetups / events / innovation events
Creates visibility for the team – promote transparency, establish big
visible information radiators
Acts as a “PR agent” for the team – celebrate success/share failure stories
