Long Term Contract RATE: $42/hr*
*Summary:*
Our client is looking for a skilled Scrum Master with proven analytical
skills and in-depth Agile expertise. The Scrum Master is responsible to
facilitate Agile rituals and help manage daily workloads, develop
recommendations for project deliverables and remove impediments for the
team. Additionally, this role will act as a Cross Functional Lead to
facilitate communication between Workstreams, summarize cross functional
impacts, and enable a collaborative and efficient decision-making process.
*This role will be required to think strategically and act tactically to:*
- Provide insight into project deliverables
- Identify and mitigate risk
- Facilitate and drive prompt decision making
- Support development of effective long-term solutions
- Enable Human Capital Management and Payroll services for the valued State
of Maine employees
*This role requires candidates who have:*
- The ability to think independently, follow standards/processes and
present solid work products
- A proven track record of developing and mentoring Agile Teams
- Experience working in a dynamic environment and proven ability to
prioritize effectively
- The ability to communicate in both technical and business terms
- Exceptional analytical abilities and troubleshooting skills
- The ability to anticipate, identify, track, and resolve issues with
limited support and direction
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills
- Fluent English skills – verbal and written
*Preference will be given to candidates who:*
- Are local
- Have Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP or other ERP experience
- Are familiar with Smartsheet, JIRA, and other SDLC
