· Good communication is a must as this role involves constant
interaction with offshore and customers Agile experience is mandatory
· *Responsibilities would include Production Support Design*

roll out Some Agile ceremonies such as retrospection might be scheduled at
evening times which would need overlap time A keen eye for innovation and
finding out value additions for the customer is a good to have
