Job Title : Track Lead Duration: Full Time /Contract
Location: NYC,NY City National Rochdale Roles & Responsibilities • Represent LPO at each Portfolio & Program level sharing 2 tracks per LPO Track Lead • Collaborate with Portfolio & Program Managers to implement KPI Metrics framework for individual streams/portfolios • Coach Program Managers on LPO best practices, track adoption progress, quality of metrics • Implement transformation initiatives under guidance of the Enterprise Agile Evangelist • Help align agile teams across themes & initiatives and establish transparent executive view into transformation progress Skills Needed: • Having 8-12 years of experience in IT sector. • Strong hands-on experience in driving large enterprise wide transformations with ability to manage Enterprise Agile program and define governance for the same. • Prefer SAFe certified experts else Scrum Master certified professionals or PMP professionals • Prefer domain expertise in Wealth management area else at least good high level BFS domain knowledge. • Strong communication, inter-personal skills & a good team player. • Should be able to work independently & drive small portfolios.
