The new complex on the strip is going to be called Grand Panama Resort. There will be a high-rise on the beach side directly across the beach will be 2 more sets of condos then further back, there will be 2 more sets of condos with courtyards complete with pools, water fountains water falls lots lots of retail shops. I haven't been to PC in quite a while, but it's amazing to me that there's that much space available. They must have cleared out a bunch of shit. Phase One will be the courtyard condos which are labeled residential.
