We successfully build the latest RTK with ITK 4.11.0 on Visual Studio
2013 with static libraries (BUILD_SHARED_LIBS set to OFF).
I have just pushed a fix to SimpleRTK to build as shared libraries. Note
that you would need to have ITK built as shared
