For what it's worth, I would recommend contacting Aptana and seeing if they have any interest. IBM is a lost cause, they're always late to the party. They had a chance at RadRails but they didn't take it. If anything, I could have seen RDT becoming an Eclipse foundation project, but now with DLTK
