Neutron has to deal with creation of ports and defining port configuration.
Ryu will get information through open flow. When neutron creates network,
the logical topology will be sent to ryu controller. Ryu creates network
topology and informs to neutron. Could you confirm the flow.

I am confused with the working of Ryu controller with OVS and
physical switches in OpenStack environment.
To my understanding, OVS plugin is subset of Ryu plugin. For
instance, Neutron server creates ports on ovs and informs the same to Ryu
controller, Ryu controll
